Dental implants have changed dentistry. These surgically inserted prosthesis are great solutions for teeth replacements; they provides excellent function, aesthetic and carry good long term prognosis under proper care and cleaning. 

There are however many limitations for implant care. Such as health, bone availability, space requirements, etc. It also takes a bit of time for implants prosthesis to be completed. Generally between 3 to 6 months of time is necessary for a good implant to finish.
